白沙湾油库工艺设计 摘要：本设计题目主要针对白沙湾油库的工艺设计。油库中主要包括三种油品，分别为燃料油、汽油和柴油。汽油罐组为4个10000方，2个5000方的内浮顶罐。柴油罐组是6个10000方和的拱顶油罐。按照任务书的规定，计算部分包括油库基本工艺流程设计计算及各功能分区的相对布置与安排，总目标是使其工艺流程满足要求，同时操作方便，安全防火。库区主要是水路收油，发油是公路发油。水力计算方面包括管路经济管径及收发油工艺，管径与收发油泵的选型，消防系统的工艺，清水泵和泡沫泵的选型，并对所选的泵设备进行了校核计算，以确保其使用性能。同时，又针对储油罐对其进行了加热器面积和蒸汽量的计算。绘图部分包括了平面布置图、总工艺流程图、泵房安装图、消防工艺流程图。 关键词: 油库；工程设计；工艺流程；消防系统 Baishanwan fuel depot technical process design Abstract: This design topic mainly aims at the technological design of Baishawan fuel depot .The fuel depot mainly includes two kinds of oil qualities, respectively the gasoline and the diesel oil. There are four covered floating roof tanks with 10,000 m3 and two covered floating roof tanks with 5,000 m3 in the cans of petrol. The two groups of diesel and fuel oil tanks are six dome roof tanks with 10,000 m3. According to provisions of design task, that part of the calculation includes the calculation process of basic design in oil depots and the relative arrangement of functions and arrangements. The general goal is to meet the process requirements, as well as easy to operate, safety and fire protection.
