血糖、胰岛素水平与冠心病病变程度关系的探讨.doc

【摘要】 　　目的：探讨血糖、胰岛素水平与冠心病病变程度的关系。方法：以入选53 例血压正常，经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者为冠心病组，22 例血压和冠状动脉造影均正常的人为正常组。测定所有对象的血脂， 空腹血糖，口服葡萄糖后血糖及胰岛素分泌水平。结果：冠心病组空腹血糖，口服葡萄糖后120 min 的血糖，口服葡萄糖后30 min ，60 min ，120 min ，180 min 的胰岛素水平明显的高于正常组（P ＜ 0105 ， ＜ 0101 ）；多支病变组的血糖、胰岛素水平明显高于单支病变组（P ＜ 0105 ， ＜ 0101 ），冠脉评分≥ 3 分组的血糖、胰岛素水平明显高于≤ 2 分组（P ＜0105 ， ＜ 0101 ）。结论：血糖、血胰岛素水平可反映冠脉病变的严重性。 【关键词】 冠状动脉疾病；胰岛素；冠状血管造影术 　　Relationship among blood glucose ，insulin levels and severity of coronary heart disease 　　Miriguli，R E N Peng ，LI Guo qing ，TU Liangzhen 　　Chinese Journal of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation M edicine ，2007 ，16 （4 ）：359 Abstract：Objective ：To study the relationship among blood glucose ，insulin levels and severity of coronary heart dis2ease （C A D ）.M ethods ：The 55 patients whose blood pressure was normal were confirmed suffer from C A D by coro2nary angiography （C A D group ），22 patients whose blood pressure was normal were confirmed normal coronary arteryby coronary angiography .The blood lipid ，insulin were measured ；the fasting blood glucose ，blood glucose and plas2ma insulin after taking glucose were measured in all patients .Results ：The fasting blood glucose ，the blood glucose of120 min after taking glucose and the plasma insulin of 30 min ，60 min ，120 min and 180 min after taking glucose inC A D group were obviously higher than those of the normal cortrol group （P ＜ 0105 ， ＜ 0101 ）.The blood glucose ，plasma insulin levels of m ulti2branch lesion group were more than those of sim ple2branch group （P ＜ 0105 ， ＜ 0101 ）；the blood glucose ，plasma insulin levels of coronary artery score ≥ 3 group were more than those of coronary arteryscore ≤ 2 group （P ＜ 0105 ， ＜ 0101 ）.Conclusion ：The levels of blood glucose and seru m insulin may reflect severityof coronary artery lession .
