T heload pressure characteristics, nozzle chamber pressure characteristics and the pressure characteristics at zero point were obtained. The design method of force and rigidity of the torque motor were discussed. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.The load pressure of electro hydraulic servovalve with an asymmetric nozzle flapper at zero point is bigger than 50% of supply pressure, but the nozzle chamber pressure is less than 50% of supply pressure. T he load pressure characteristics are asymmetric, and the cross point of thetwo load pressure curves deviates the neutral point.The coefficient of hydraulic resistance is suggested to be 1.5 to 2. 5 in order to get good linearity of load pressure.
