Methods The high-altitude Tibetan healthy adults 30 cases and 30 cases of Han healthy volunteers were collected and analysed,who previous mood, lung disease and other diseases, regular routine, electrocardiogram, cardiac B ultrasound and chest X-ray is no abnormalities. Use the Philips Achieva 3.0TX-Series superconducting MRI scanner, we operated conventional cardiac MRI scanning ,the original images was transmitted to the post-processing workstation.(Philips Extendsd MR WorkSpace 2.6.3.2) .after the use of software by two physicians subjects of image processing, the measured subjects about length, width, and septal wall thickness room atrium and ventricle, aorta and main pulmonary artery diameter was measured; recognition software and human intervention through a combination of measured subjects left and right ventricle of the heart function (EF values, SV, SI, CO, CI, EDV, ESV, MM ) and other parameters were observed there is no difference.
