前言 洛阳理工学院毕业设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT9 安阳7000t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线烧成窑尾工艺设计--P?O42.5R、P?F32.5R 摘 要 本设计详细地论述了日产7000吨水泥熟料新型干法水泥厂整个生产工艺流程，生产P?O42.5R、P·F32.5R两种品种水泥。根据产品要求进行熟料矿物组成设计和配料计算；完成物料平衡、主机平衡及储库这三大平衡计算，由物料平衡确定主机选型以及由储库平衡来确定堆场、堆棚和圆库的规格。重点设计车间为烧成窑尾，采用五级双列旋风预热器，并在预热器与回转窑之间设置CDC分解炉。根据设计要求进行重点车间工艺计算和主要设备选型，合理安排车间工艺布置。同时对全厂生产工艺流程和生产质量控制系统进行了阐述。 本次设计秉着力求使产品达到“优质、环保、节能”的原则，对生产工艺技术方案以及烧成车间设备进行了仔细的斟酌与取舍，绘制了???厂工艺布置平面图和工艺流程布置图。 关键词：三大平衡；烧成窑尾；工艺设计；7000t/d；新型干法 Process Design on Kiln-end of 7000 t/d Clinker NSP Cement Production Line of An Yang - P·O 42.5R；P·F 32.5R ABSTRACT This design is discussed in detail the daily clinker production is 7000 tons of cement clinker NSP cement plant in the whole production process, production P·I52.5R, P·F32.5 two varieties of cement. According to the output required in the project, we need to design composition of clinker mineral and do the burden calculation, also complete the three major balancing calculation of materiel, mainframe and warehouse, we decide to type of mainframe and Specification of warehouse according to the balance of materiel, warehouse. The system of burning charge end which used CDC vortex preheater with double catena and five steps are emphasized in the design, fetches in the predissociation technology which puts up a decomposing furnace between the preheater and the rotary kiln advanced overseas. According to the requirement of design, we complete the technological calculation of key workshop and decide to type of main equipment, reasonable arrange the layout of workshop process. Meanwhile we write the outline of the whole factory of the technological process and the quality control system of whole plant production and explanation. Sticking to the principle of making the product high-qualified, green and energy-saving, I have a through consideration of the technical craft plan and the alternative equipments in the cement sintering plant, and make choice prudently.Finally, I draw a floor plan layout of the factory proc
