Abstract:Golden tea of Baojing county i an old local rare tea variety , w hich w a explored and uti-
lized w ith the ucce of cutting breeding experiment in 1994.At pre ent , the output of golden tea ha
been near to 6 ton , the output v alue ha ex ceeded 200 0000 yuan, per capita pure income of golden
village ha increa ed from 600 yuan in the end of 1990 to 2500 y uan now, and it ha become one of
ten comfortably-off village of Baojing county In 2005 , golden tea w a highly approved by tea expert
w ithin the province, and regi ted a local heterogeneou improved variety by Hunan Crop Strain Af -
f irm ation Committee.
