【Abstract】 Objective ToinvestigateexpressionofIL-4 andIFN-γofthe
biopsyesophagealmucosaofpatientswithrefluxesophagitis(RE)andBarrett
esophagus(BE)andtheirrelationshipwithpathologicalandendoscopegrading.
Methods ThirtycasesinRE, BEandthecontrolgrouprespectivelywereenrolledthe
tes.tTorecordtheendoscopicandpathologicalfeaturesofpatientswithRE, and
pathologicalfeaturesofpatientswithBE.TheexpressionofIL-4 andIFN-γofall
specmienswere detected by SABC of mimuno-histochemistry (IHC).
Results ExpressionofIFN-γwashigherinBE(5.94 ±1.79 )orinRE(5.39 ±
1.14 )thaninthecontrolgroup(0.7 1 ±0.24 )(P0.0 1 ), andexpressionofIL-4
washigherinBEgroup(4.45 ±1.4 1)thanintheREgroup(1.28 ±0.35 )orinthe
control(0.80 ±0.20 )(P0.01 ).Therewasmoreseriouspathologicaldamagein
