Their defects in production and management have manifested themselves and hindered their further our enterprises but also the require to ensure the wholesome development of our national economy. First, this paper begins with the definition of family business, basis of theoretical analysis of the prospects of the family enterprise management.Finally, summarize the whole paper. Main points advanced in the paper are as following: the family enterprise system is not a backward one all the time; the enterprise system; family enterprises in China has reflect the certain stage of the and practical possibility to sustain the development of family enterprises in our country.
