Discussion; In our study, antibodies to the identified proteins were not detected in sera from HS and non-PDAC tumor patients, suggesting that the antibody response to these proteins is characteristic of PDAC. As the most frequent antibody response in PDAC patients is directed to COF1 and TPIS2, our data support the hypothesis that the two proteins play a role in the biology of pancreatic cancer.;Thanks for your attention
