·药物临床· 阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考 对41例动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果分析 罗勇 * （复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院 上海 201700） 摘 要 目的 ：探析阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考对动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果。方法 ：选取 82 例颈内动脉粥样硬化患 者随机分对照组和观察组各 41 例，对照组采用单一阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗，对比 分析它们恶临床疗效。结果 ：治疗后，观察组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和斑块面积 改善情况优于对照组患者（P ＜ 0.05）， 结论 ：在动脉粥样硬化疾病的临床治疗上，阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考临床治疗 效果较为显著，可改善患者的血脂指标。 关键词 阿托伐他汀 普罗布考 动脉粥样硬化 中图分类号 ：R972.6; R543.5 文献标识码 ：B 文章编号 ：1006-1533(2016)23-0025-03 Effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol in the treatment of 41 cases of atherosclerosis LUO Yong* (Qingpu Branch, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai 201700, China) ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with probucol in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods: Eighty-two patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into a control group (received atorvastatin treatment) and an observation group (received atorvastatin combined with probucol treatment). The clinical effect was analyzed. Results: The levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low and high density lipoprotein cholesterol, and the condition for plaque area improvement were better in the observation group than in the control group after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: The curative efficacy of atorvastatin combined with probucol for the clinical treatment of atherosclerotic disease is clear and the lipid levels in patients can be improved by this therapy.
