G:\009 城市污染源数据传输系统 摘 要 污染源数据传输系统的应用是环境执法、科学管理的重要手段。污染源数据传输系统的建设和管理依托环境监测、自动控制、计算机、电子、通信等多个领域的技术，是一项复杂的系统工程。污染源数据传输系统可分为污染源监测系统、固废系统、资源环境系统、视频监测系统。其中污染源监测系统是污染源数据传输系统的重要组成部分，包括在污染源现场安装的污染物排放监控监测仪器，分为COD、TOC、PH等水污染物在线监测分析仪和二氧化硫、烟尘等气污染物在线监测分析仪、流量（速）计、污染治理设施运行记录仪和数据采集传输仪（用于数据的存储、加密，数据包转发、接受以及报警、反控）等自动监控仪器。 采用B/S体系结构系统，用户通过浏览器向分布在网络上的许多服务器发出信号请求，服务器对浏览器的请求进行响应，将用户所需要的信息返回到浏览器。 该系统应用于各企业内废水废气的监测，使环保部门更为便捷的了解各企业监测因子的排放数据，提高环境监察机构的效率，有目的的去监察，提高了环境科学管理科学化、信息化水平，使我们的城市环境管理更加的人性化，创造一个更好的魅力城市。 关键词：在线监控；系统应用；监测分析仪； Abstract Sources of data transmission system applications is an important means of environmental law enforcement and scientific management.
