成都理工大学工程技术学院 PAGE 50 摘 要 近年来，随着城市建设的高速发展，各种大型建筑物如宾馆酒楼、各类医院、大型商场大厦、高档写字楼、娱乐设施等场所不断兴建，在这些场所中，电梯的应用越来越普及，越来越广。国内电梯厂家发展迅速，市场潜力大，但随着电梯市场的快速发展，对产品的性能价格比要求越来越高。 本论文通过讨论电梯控制系统的组成，阐述可编程控制器（PLC）在电梯控制中的应用，采用三菱PLC编程的程序控制方式，提出了四层电梯的PLC控制系统总体设计方案、设计过程、组成，列出了具体的主要硬件电路、电梯的控制梯形图。并给出了系统组成框图和程序流程图，在分析、处理随机信号逻辑关系的基础上，提出了PLC的编程方法，设计了一套完整的电梯控制系统方案。采用本方案实现电梯控制，能够解决继电器——接触器触点多，故障率高、可靠性差、安装调试周期长、维修工作量大、接线复杂等缺点。使电梯运行更加安全、方便、舒适。 关键词：PLC ，电梯控制，程序，流程图 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction, all kinds of large buildings such as hotels, restaurants, all types of hospitals, building shopping malls, office buildings, entertainment venues and other facilities continue to build in these places, is becoming increasingly popular application of elevator more and more widely. The rapid development of the domestic elevator manufacturers, market potential, but with the elevator market, the rapid development of cost-effective products have become increasingly demanding. In this paper, by discussing the composition of elevator control system, the programmable logic controller (PLC) in the elevator control application, using Mitsubishi PLC control programming approach was proposed four-story elevator control system design of the PLC program, the design process, composition, mainly a list of specific hardware circuit, the control of the lift table ladder. And gives the system flow chart diagram and procedures, in the analysis of random signal processing logic of relations on the basis of the proposed PLC programming methods, design of a complete set of elevator control system. The realization of the use of the elevator control program, can be solved relay - contactor contacts, and high failure rate, reliability, poor long-term installation, maintenance workload and the complexity of wiring and other shortcomings.
