As regards reading, few people nowadays prefer reading conventional books which allow us to be more engaged in the contents and thus get the deep reading experience. More people choose to do the often superficial reading on the Web, which reduces our attention span and makes us incapable of reading anything of length or requiring deep concentration. When it comes to writing, the easy access to reading resources will makes us slide into thinking without independence and even copying others’ compositions. In addition, writing via the internet makes typing rather than writing by hand rank first and gradually drives our writing skill out of practice.
