At present, in the process of the construction of enterprise culture, because of the limitations of the understanding, there are many problems, leading to the construction of enterprise culture appears slow and even stagnant situation. In order to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, expand the new way of enterprise culture construction, and explore the methods and skills of enterprise culture construction.
