匙吻鲟的生物学特性、成鱼养殖技术及消化系统的解剖 殷守仁1 2，赵文1，刘保占1 （1大连水产学院辽宁省水生生物重点实验室，辽宁 116023；2北京市水产技术推广站，北京 100012） 摘要：匙吻鲟原产北美，吻长，呈扁平状；体表光滑无鳞，背部黑蓝灰色，常有斑点分布；体侧有赭色点状斑，腹部白色；口大眼小，前额高于口部；鳃耙密而细长，鳃盖骨大而向后延至腹鳍，尾鳍分叉，尾柄披有梗节状的甲鳞。匙吻鲟幼鱼具有很高的观赏价值，成鱼可制作出鱼子酱，具有很高的经济价值。本文通过对匙吻鲟的生物学、成鱼的养殖及消化系统的研究，使能够更好的了解匙吻鲟的生长、生活及摄食条件，以便使更多的人了解匙吻鲟的市场价值与潜力，便于进行大规模的推广。 关键词：匙吻鲟 生物学特性 营养成分 消化系统解剖 Abstract: The paddlefish is origin in North America, Its snout is long and flat; Which body surface is slickness and without scales, the back is dark blue-gray, there used to be distribution of spots; There are ocher dot spots in the side of the body, and its belly is white; Its mouth is big and eyes is small, the forehead is higher than mouth; Its gill rakers are dense and slimness, The ope- -rcular bone is big, extend backward to pelvic fins, The tail fin is  HYPERLINK /dict_result.aspx?searchword=%e5%88%86%e5%8f%89%e7%9a%84tjType=sentencestyle=t=bifurcate bifurcate, and caudal peduncle has scale like the pedicle.
