学校代码： 10128 学 号： 200710210088 本科毕业设计说明书 （ 题 目：文件服务器自动打印工具的设计与实现 学生姓名：蔡梦佳 学 院：信息工程学院 系 别：计算机系 专 业：计算机 班 级：计算机07-4班 指导教师：秦俊平 副教授 二 〇 一一 年 六 月 内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书 摘 要 FTP是Internet上最早也是最广的应用，直到今天它仍是最重要和最基本的应用之一。FTP是传输文件的一个最有效的方法，尤其是传输多个文件。同时，它也是上传文件的惟一有效的途径，可以把文件从电脑中上传到服务器供朋友和同事使用。 21世纪是信息科技高速发展的时代，现代企业需要的是办公自动化（Office Automation,简称OA）它是将现代化办公和 HYPERLINK /view/3314.htm \t _blank 计算机网络功能结合起来的一种新型的办公方式，是当前新技术革命中一个技术应用领域。 文件服务器自动打印工具与实现办公自动化紧密相连。它能够做到自动批量打印，运用windows编程方法，结合DOS命令调用Word，Excel里的后台打印功能来实现各类文档的批量打印，使工作人员在进行文件批量打印时减少了大量的重复劳动，且能避免很多人为因素可能导致的错误，从而能大大提高劳动生产率。 本设计主要运用MFC框架以及MFC的库函数，以及Microsoft Office里的Word宏和Excel宏来实现后台批量自动打印。 关键词：办公自动化；Windows编程；DOS命令；Word宏；Excel宏 Abstract As oldest and most widely applied tool in Internet, FTP is still one of the most important and basic applications nowadays. FTP file transfer is one of the most effective ways to transfer multiple files in particular. At the same time, it is the only effective way to upload files. Through using this way; you can upload the file from your computer to the server for friends and colleagues to use.  The 21st century is the era of rapid development of information technology, modern business needs office automation (Office Automation, referred to as OA) .It is a new of working technology revolution, which is the function of modern office and computer network that combines a new way of the current technology applications. File server print tools and office automation are closely linked. It can do automatic batch printing with using of windows programming, combined with DOS command called Word, Excel printing in the background to achieve the kinds of documents batch printing, so that it not only can reduce a lot of duplication of effort during the file batch print, but also can avoid a lot of human factors which may lead to errors.
