污水处理控制系统设计1讲解

 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 35 摘 要 当前,我国大多数污水处理控制系统自动化程度低,安全性不高、管理不妥,效率普遍少于世界标准。污水处理中的提水加药过程的自动化实现是急需解决的主要问题。我国污水处理自动系统相对落后,污水处理成本高,污水处理厂处理后的水质量不稳定的放电,所以建立有效的计量分配机制,优化运行效果,降低运行成本,具有重要的理论和经济意义。 本文介绍了几种常用的污水处理的基本工艺和流程,通过对比分析,确定本系统中污水处理工艺及其控制系统总体方案,设计了一种基于施耐德昆腾系列PLC的污水处理工艺中的提水加药自动控制系统,实现了提水加药过程的全自动化和加药量的精确配比,解决了由于加药量不精确导致的排出污水水质不稳定的问题。分别对系统的软硬件进行了设计,硬件方面主要包括PLC、变频器、电动闸阀以及传感器的选型设计;软件方面主要是对其控制程序的设计,包括手动自动切换、提水泵控制子程序、加药子程序、故障子程序等。 关键词:污水处理;变频;PLC Abstract At present, in our country, most of the sewage treatment control system automation level is not high,, low safety, poor management. Their efficiency is commonly lower than the world standard. Automatic water dosing extraction process in wastewater treatment are the main problems to be solved. China’s sewage treatment cost is high, and the discharge of wastewater treatment plant treated water quality is not stable. Therefore, the establishment of effective dosing dispensing mechanism, optimize the operation effect, reduce operating costs, has important theoretical and economic significance. This paper introduces several basic techniques and processes of sewage treatment, through the comparative analysis, this system in the sewage treatment process and the overall scheme of control system is conformed, design an automatic control system for water treatment in the sewage treatment process based on Schneider PLC, achieved the full automation of water dosing process and the exact ratio dosage, to solve the problem of unstable water quality of sewage discharged caused by the inaccuracy dosage. Design the system hardware and software respectively, hardware including PLC, frequency converters, electric valve and sensor design; Software including manual and automatic switching, lift pump failure, dosing control subroutine subprograms, subroutines and so on.
