With the ever-accelerated updating of science and technology, there are increasing amount of money needed to support research. Hence, it is my belief that relative public authorities are supposed to participate in those fields rather than private companies. 说明现在对于科学研究需要更多的资金投入，提出观点：政府当局应该比个体公司在这个领域投入更多。  It is the publics perception that the government who plays the dominant role in supporting resources, must set aside sufficient funds for scientific development. Moreover, they are capable to take various measures to sponsor money, such as taxes and fares. However, few private enterprises are able to earn enough profits to support non-stopping scientific research constantly, because they have to consider the market competition from other companies which never determine to participate in those researches.
