Duties and Responsibilities 1.Key in of the new formulations. Have to ensure that product developed comply with the requirements of GB18581 and HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) Restriction. 2.To accurately log in the Lab Work Sheet, log out and filing of the Lab Work Sheet. 3.To key-in approved new formulations and amended formulations by Technical Director or Lab Manager in Optiva. 4.To prepare the Product Data Sheet and generate Material Safety Data Sheet (from Web Application) of existing or new products. 5.To obtain the Product Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet and SEPA Form of new raw materials for submission to RMFI for creation of permanent code or temporary operation code in Optiva. In charge of the filing of these documents. 6.To submit raw material Introduction Form to site’s Purchasing Dept for creation of the permanent code or temporary code in SAP. 7.To perform calibration for the Technical Lab and Quality Control Lab Equipments within the fixed interval. 8.To check the COA from supplier versus the set specification and approve for used in production if all specification met the set specification. 9.To lia
