多元文化背景下湖南省高校体育文化多样性的发展研究 摘要 高校校园体育文化所呈现的一种特定的文化氛围，具有高度校园特色和健康生活气息，是校园文化建设的重要方面，对提高校园精神文明、确立良好的校风起着重要的促进作用。多元文化背景下发展湖南省高校体育运动，不仅与学校体育教育相辅相成，还丰富和发展了校园体育文化。本研究以多元文化为研究背景，运用文献资料法、调查问卷法及访谈法对湖南省高校体育文化中存在问题进行系统研究：高校体育文化建设管理的独立机构缺乏一种良性模式、对于体育文化的投入太少，缺少一定的扶持资金、校园体育文化建设发展中没有重视对学生体育精神的培养，并提出湖南省高校体育文化多样性构建和创新对策：湖南省高校体育文化建设必须明确方向，体现体育文化在大学校园文化发展中的价值、高校领导要重视校园体育文化在学校教育中的作用、立足高校校情，突破传统，立意创新，构建特色校园体育文化及其增加学校体育资料储备，重视体育文化室宣传力度，加大体育经费投入，加强体育设施建设。借以引发多元化的校园体育文化，构建和谐的校园体育文化氛围、推动湖南省高校校园文化的积极健康发展。 关键词：多元文化；体育文化；多样性；湖南高校 ABSTRACT With the progress of the society, the form of culture appeared in different ways. In this colorful world, people continue to discover and explore, create a new era of multi culture. The diversification of sports culture is still in its infancy, there are many places need to improve and innovate. In combination with the unique sports culture of universities in Hunan Province as the source of innovation and international standards, so that not only can promote the Chinese sports spirit, but also can promote the Chinese local characteristics of sports culture. Therefore, the innovation of sports culture is a long road, need to continue to strengthen the intensity of innovation, to achieve a unique culture of sports culture.
