长春工业大学学士毕业论文 PAGE   PAGE 43 **大学学士毕业论文 中 文 摘 要 面对新制造业变革，建立以数字化为核心的装备研制和生产体系，是制造业适应高技术战争的根本保障。数字化是制造业实现跨越式发展的必由之路，信息化的核心是数字化。现在的制造业，是网络化的制造业、数字化的制造业、智能化的制造业、虚拟化的制造业数字化已成为先进制造业的核心和重点。为了适应科研生产能力结构调整，提升多品种、小批量快速研制和快速转换生产能力，加速制造业数字化技术发展，迫切需要数字化技术的规范。 本文根据制造业数字化的建设要求，对制造企业数字化评估进行系统介绍，旨在制造企业数字化现状的科学评价，根据评估体系和评估数据，深入细致地分析制造企业数字化工作的现状。文中首先分析了制造企业数字化评估的内涵及作用，在此基础上设???一套制造数字化评估体系，最后介绍了该体系的评估计算方法。 本文对通过对制造企业数字化评估指标体系的建立，可以清晰的对企业调研的数据进行分析和处理，计算结果基本可以反映企业数字化的实际情况。可以使企业了解自身企业数字化的水平，同时，还可以给企业进行数字化建设提供有效依据。 关键词：数字化 制造企业数字化 制造企业数字化评估指标 Title Digital assessment of Manufacturers companies Abstract Faced with the new changes in the manufacturing sector, the establishment of digital equipment as the core of the development and production system, the manufacturing industry to adapt the fundamental guarantee of high-tech war. Digital manufacturing development by leaps and bounds the only way, information is the core of digital. The manufacturing sector now is the network of manufacturing, digital manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, virtual manufacturing of advanced digital manufacturing has become the core and focus. In order to adapt to the restructuring of scientific research capacity, enhance the multi-species, the rapid development of low-volume production capacity and rapid conversion to speed up the development of digital technology manufacturing industry, there is an urgent need to standardize the digital technology. In this paper, based on the construction of digital manufacturing requirements of manufacturers of digital assessment system introduced, aimed at manufacturers of digital scientific evaluation of the status quo, according to the assessment system and assessment data, in-depth and detailed analysis of manufacturing enterprises the status of the digital work. First, the analysis of the number of manufacturing companies to assess the role of the connotation and, on the basis of a set of digital manufacturing evaluation system, and finally introduced
