文章编号: DOI: HA基多孔复合支架的制备及其表征 贾治彬1, 智伟2,李金羽2,刘剑阳3,盛璐瑶3,许韬韬3,翁杰 (材料先进技术教育部重点实验室,材料科学与工程学院,西南交通大学,成都,610031) 摘要:本文利用造孔剂法制备了高度贯通的多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)支架,孔隙率约为78%,并利用聚己内酯(PCL)分别复合纳米HA(nHA)或微纳米生物玻璃(nBG)对其进行涂覆改性,旨在改善其力学性能和生物学性能,并保持其孔隙贯通性和高孔隙率。复合涂层以PCL为基底,nHA粉末或nBG粉末的添加量分别均为10~40wt%。四种类型支架分别记为HA、HA/PCL、HA/PCL-nHA和HA/PCL-nBG。实验结果发现,HA/PCL-nHA和HA/PCL-nBG复合支架抗压强度分别为1.41~1.98MPa和1.35~1.78MPa,并且含量均为30wt%时取得最大值,相对于多孔HA支架抗压强度0.64MPa其最大抗压强度分别提高了约3.1倍和2.78倍。四类支架在模拟体液(SBF)中的矿化实验显示,浸泡21d后HA/PCL-nHA和HA/PCL-nBG表面促进较多的磷灰石生成;细胞实验结果显示细胞在四类支架上生长良好,说明支架具有良好的生物相容性。 关键词:羟基磷灰石支架;复合涂层;聚己内酯;生物玻璃;抗压强度;生物相容性 Preparation and Representation of the porous composite scaffolds which based on HA scaffolds JiaZhibin1,ZhiWei2,LiJinyu2 ,LiuJianyang3,ShengLuyao3,XuTaotao3,WengJie, (Key Laboratory of Advanced Technologies of Materials.Ministry of Education,College of Materials Science and Engineering,Southwest Jiaotong University,ChengDu,610031) Preparation and Modification of Porous Hydroxyaptite Ceramic Scaffolds by Sugar Spheres Leaching Method Abstract:Highly interconnected porous hydroxyapatite(HA)scaffolds with high porosity(≈78%)were prepared by particle leaching method in the present work, and then the as-prepared HA scaffolds were lined with PCL containing nHA or micronano-bioglass composite layer to improve there mechanical properties and biological properties and reserve there high porosity at the same time. The composite layer were based on the Polycaprolactone(PCL)polymer solutions and the content of the single component of nano-hydroxyapatite powder or micronano-bioglass powder(nBG) was arranged from 10wt% to 40wt%. The four types of scaffolds were signed as HA、HA/PCL、HA/PCL-nHA and HA/PCL-nBG. The experimental results showed that compressive strength of HA/PCL-nHA and HA/PCL-nBG were 1.41~1.98 MPa and 1.35~1.78 MPa,respectively(increased 3.1 times and 2.78 times respectively compared to the original HA scaffolds with 0.64 MPa),and the maximum were achieved when the content was 30%.
