The learning language must unifies the language knowledge and the cultural knowledge. The English to Chinese two languages are unique, its turn of expression and cultural convention existence certain difference. Words and expressions reflection colored world multi-colors; The color word has same or the different semantics in the English to Chinese two languages. Different from the meaning of color terms of English and Chinese that we can see different or the same national psychology; the cultural environment of human life, all aspects of human life is being affected by culture. Color of color words not only reflect the physical attributes, but also reflects the social attributes and characteristics of the times. Thus, learning English is necessary to understand and master the color words in English and Chinese Culture.
