This paper takes Wuhan science and technology information sharing service platform as an example, analyzes the present situation of the platform from the aspects of scientific and technological information resources, talents troop, service system, service content and service effect, analyzes the problems and challenges in the process of platform construction from the aspects of service objects and service demands. And finally, with the purpose of serving innovation, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the demand orientation, the combination of online and offline, the combination of production, learning, research and government, the expansion of publicity, and the improvement of management system.
