电脑质量流量计硬件设计 摘 要 本系统的研究课题为电脑质量流量计硬件设计，本系统利用80C51单片机做为微控制器，并利用ACD0809做为模拟信号量的转换芯片。由于80C51容量有限，本系统还使用了2764做为片外程序存储器的扩展芯片，使用6264做为片外数据存储器的扩展芯片，本系统还扩展了键盘和LED静态显示电路，LED静态显示器使用了8255可编程并行接口芯片作为并行接口，使用了8253可编程定时器/计数器做为脉冲的计数器。本系统使用的温度传感器是铂热电阻，可将对温度的测量转换成对电阻阻值的测量。使用的体积传感器是涡轮流量计，可将对体积的测量转换成脉冲计数。本系统的测量原理大致如下：通过8253对涡轮流量计的脉冲的计数，产生的中断做为系统的运行的根据，根据中断源进行测量与中断源有关的数据并进行对数据的处理与计算。 关键词：芯片 传感器 测量原理 中断 ABSTRACT This systemic investigation problem is the design of computer hardware on calculating quality and flow of liquid.This system uses 80C51 as the single-chip microcontroller,and uses ACD0809 as the analog signal conversion chip.Due to the limited capacity of 80C51,the system also uses a 2764 program memory chip and a 6264 data memory chip as the expansions of the system.The system also extends keyboard circuit and static LED display circuit.Static LED display circuit uses 8255 programmable parallel interface chip as parallel interface.The system uses 8253 programmable timer/counter chip as a pulse counter.The system uses the temperature sensor which is a platinum RTD to measure the temperature,and the temperature can be converted into the measurement of resistance.The volume measurement sensor uses turbine flow meter,with which the measurement of the volume can be converted into pulse count.The measuring principle of the system is as follows:Disruption arised from the adoption of 8253 which counts the turbine flowmeter pulse ,is the basis for the system operation.In accordance with the interrupt source ,the system measures and does the data processing and computing which associate with the interrupt source.
