摘 要 现代科学技术迅猛发展与经济全球化趋势加强已经成为世界范围内的大方向，现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理理念，被广泛认为是企业降低物耗、提高劳动生产率以外的第三利润源泉，同时，物流产业已经进入了一个快速发展的时期。世界范围的社会化大生产必然会引起不同的国际分工，任何国家都不能够包揽一切，故而更加需要国际间的合作。国际间的商品和劳务流动是由商流和物流组成的，前者由国际交易机构按照国际惯例进行，后者由物流企业按各个国家的生产和市场结构完成。为了克服他们之间的矛盾，这就要求开展与国际贸易相适应的国际物流。对外贸易的高速增长已成为我国经济发展的重要推动力，国际贸易的快速发展将带动国际物流的发展。 国际物流问题不仅是一个涉及到运输、仓储、装卸、通关、信息处理等多方面的跨行业的复杂问题，也与港口自身的区位条件、基础设施、服务水平、管理能力、港口城市及其腹地的经济实力等方面密切相关。因而，对于国际物流发展水平的改进是一个模糊、综合的复杂问题。 本文基于理论知识和必威体育精装版研究，在介绍国际物流内涵的基础上，分析我国国际物流发展现状中存在的问题，结合国际必威体育精装版的发展趋势提出相应的对策。 关键词：国际物流；信息化；人才；基础设施 Abstract The rapid development of modern science and technology and economic globalization has become a trend to strengthen the general direction of modern logistics worldwide as an advanced organization and management philosophy, it is widely regarded as companies reduce material consumption, improve labor productivity than the third profit source of Meanwhile, the logistics industry has entered a period of rapid development.
