大连科技学院 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 题 目 我国建筑工地新生代农民工社会保障为题研究 学生姓名 李 婷 专业班级 劳动与社会保障11-1班 指导教师 刘儒婷 职 称 讲 师 所在单位 管理工程系劳动与社会保障教研室 教研室主任 马瑄 完成日期 2015 年 6 月 26 日摘 要 进入21世纪以来我国的国民经济和城市的快速发展使得我国在劳动力方面的需求逐步增加，特别是加快城乡一体化的发展中，打破城乡二元体制的要求更是推进了城市化的步伐。其中，建筑行业的快速发展为推动城市化进程起到巨大的助推作用。由于上世纪六七十年代的农民工逐步退出劳动力市场，新生代农民工必将是未来建筑行业的持续发展的中坚力量。但从目前来看“高危险，低保障”的建筑行业却无法保障新生代农民工的社会保障，这无疑是给以后城市和社会发展留下了一道难题。因此，如何解决好我国建筑工地新生代农民工社会保障存在的问题，将是未来城市发展的必经之路。本文主要通过对我国建筑工地新生代农民工的社会保险，社会福利，社会救助等三大方面进行研究，分析目前我国建筑工地新生代农民社会保障的现状。其中重点从新生代农民工的养老保险，工伤保险和医疗保险等三个方面具体阐述现阶段我国建筑工地新生代农民工存在的主要问题。并针对这些问题提出相应的对策和解决办法，为进一步加快实现农民工社会公平，保障农民工享受社会主义发展成果，促进城市和社会的稳步快速发展提出个人见解。 关键词： 建筑工地 新生代 农民工 社会保障 ABSTRACT In the 21st century our national economy and the rapid development of the city so that our country needs a gradual increase in the labor force, in particular to accelerate the development of urban and rural integration, breaking the dual system requires even more advanced pace of urbanization. Among them, the rapid development of the construction industry to promote the process of urbanization has played a huge role in boosting. Because of migrant workers in the 1960s and 1970s gradually withdraw from the labor market, the new generation of migrant workers in the construction industry will be the backbone of the future of sustainable development. But for now, high-risk, low-security in the construction industry but can not guarantee the new generation of migrant workers to social security, this is for the future of urban and social development, leaving a problem. So, how to solve a builder generation of migrant workers social security problems in our country, it would be the only way for future urban development. This paper mainly study three aspects of our new generation of migrant workers on construction sites of social insurance, social welfare, social relief, analyze the current situation of construction site
