毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：施工现场资料管理过程及问题分析 院系名称：经济管理学院 班 级：工程管理081 学 号：200800644118 学生姓名：张 海 指导教师：杨子生 2012年4月 施工现场资料管理过程及问题分析 An Inquiry into the Data Management Process and Problems of the Construction Site 院系名称：经济管理学院 班 级：工程管理081 学 号：200800644118 学生姓名：张 海 指导教师：杨子生 2012年4月摘 要 建筑工程档案是建筑建设活动中形成的原始的、图物相符的、有保存价值的真实记录和实际反映,它记载着建筑物、构筑物、地下管线敷设等建设活动,是建设项目管理如投资计划、设计、施工、使用、维修及改建扩建等活动中形成的档案文件。工程技术资料的收集和整理，是建筑工程必不可少的工作之一；贯穿与工程项目的整个建设过程，涉及到参建的方方面面，是一项繁杂的系统工程。在对建设工程质量、总体造价和建设工期进行管理以及建筑业发展日趋国际化的同时,作为建筑工程项目管理的一部分,建筑工程档案管理的重要作用也越来越被人们所重视。 本课题基于此，对施工现场资料管理现状进行总结，分析了施工现场资料管理过程中存在的问题以及加强资料管理的必要性，对其中一些施工现场的资料管理过程进行了图文分析，并且提出了一些切实有效的路径，旨在为建筑施工现场的资料管理提供一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：建筑施工现场 工程资料管理 管理过程 问题分析 Abstract Construction project file is building construction activities of the formation of the primitive, figure everything is kept, the true worth of records and the actual reflection.
