Methods Compatibility experiment and improvement program experiments of raw and auxiliary materials were carried out according to the detection of vitamin D3 in samples. And the lack of formula was explored through small trial granulation, mixing, compression, film coating and accelerated investigation. Results There was no interaction between raw materials and accessories through the compatibility experiment of formula, and they would not affect the stability of vitamin D3 in sample. The stability of vitamin D3 in product made by the addition of vitamin D3 powder was better than other products added by other ways. Conclusion The unstable problem of vitamin D3 in sample can be solved by adding it in the mixing process.
