Online Testing System, as a part of the Distance Learning System, is one typical application especially. Although the traditional paper-based testing format is still commonly being used, Online Testing System has become more and more necessary. Because it first won’t be controlled by the time and room, and second it is more objective and fair to the candidates, thirdly it can save the human resources and material resources what making paper and marking paper, lastly it is also easily to store.
