互联网时代如何提高领导效能 姓 名：金亮亮 学 号：1165139112 专 业：人力资源管理 学 院： 经济与管理学院摘 要 随着进入二十一世纪，互联网的高速发展，已经引起了全世界各个国家以及各行各业的高度重视，当今社会已然已经进入了互联网的新时代，互联网的发展也带来了新的科技革命。在当今的互联网时代下，社会和经济的飞速发展，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，竞争方式也多种多样，但发展到现阶段，企业之间的竞争无疑是人才的竞争。作为企业的领导者，如何带领团队让其员工发挥更大的作用、取得更大的成绩，对企业的发展和命运起到至关重要的作用。俗语说，一只狮子带领一群羊能够战胜一只羊带领的一群狮子，领导在团队中起到的关键作用早被人们所熟知。那么，不断提高领导力应该是每个领导都面临的课题，这个课题需要根据目前的社会现状、经济环境不断研究、不断学习。本文先从领导力的定义及正确理解到结合工作实践谈谈如何在互联网时代下提高领导效能，并展望现阶段提高领导力需关注的重点。 关键词：互联网时代 领导 效能 ABSTRACT As the 21st century, the rapid development of Internet, has attracted the world each country and attaches great importance to and from all walks of life in todays society has already entered a new era of Internet, the development of the Internet has brought a new revolution of science and technology. In todays Internet age, the rapid development of social and economic, the competition between the enterprises more and more fierce, competition way also is varied, but at present, the competition between the enterprises is talents competition. As leaders of enterprises, how to lead the team to make its employees play a bigger role, make greater achievements, the development of enterprise and fate play a crucial role.
