毕 业 设 计 （2016届） 题 目 年产20万吨煤制甲醇 合成工段工艺初步设计 学 院 化学化工学院 专 业 化学工程与工艺 年 级 2012级 学生学号 12012242425 学生姓名 许建耀 指导教师 李建梅 2016年5月14日 摘 要 本设计为年产20万吨煤制甲醇合成工段的工艺初步设计，设计内容包括：工艺流程的比选、工艺计算、主要设备的计算与选型及工艺布置等。本设计采用煤炭为原料。设计通过对比分析几种典型的低压法合成甲醇工艺，确定了本设计采用的甲醇合成工艺流程。同时，对甲醇合成塔和合成甲醇催化剂进行了选择，确定了甲醇合成工段的工艺操作条件。甲醇合成工段的主要设备：甲醇合成塔，入塔气预热器，甲醇水冷器，甲醇分离器压缩机等。通过甲醇合成工段的物料衡算和能量衡算后，对其中的部分主要设备进行了工艺设计和选型。最后，本设计对工艺布置，非工艺专业部分，三废处理做了介绍，并用Auto-CAD软件绘制了甲醇合成塔装配图及甲醇合成工段的带控制点的工艺流程图。 Abstract In this paper, the preliminary process design of synthesis section of an annual output of 200000 tons of coal-based methanol is systematically investigated.The design mainly includes: process flow selection, process calculation, the calculation and selection of main equipment, process arrangement and so on. This design adopts the coal as raw material. After the comparative analysis of several typical low-pressure methanol synthesis proceses, the design confirmes the methanol synthesis process that this design used. At the same time, the methanol synthesis tower and the methanol synthesis catalyst are selected, and the operating conditions for methanol synthesis section are determined.The main equipment of the methanol synthesis section: methanol synthesis tower, feed gas preheater, methanol water coolers, methanol separator, compressors and so on. After the calculations of material balance and energy balance of the methanol synthesis section, some of the main equipment of the methanol synthesis section are designed and selected. Finally, the design simply introduces the process arrangement, the non-professional part of the process and the three wastes treatment.
