牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2010年6月-2014年6月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。其中对照组采取常规的牵引治疗，观察组采取牵引推拿配合药酒治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及疼痛评分情况。结果：经治疗后，观察组的治疗总有效率100%明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），而两组治疗后疼痛评分均明显低于治疗前，且观察组的患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：牵引推拿配合药酒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著，能够明显缓解患者疼痛，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 牵引； 推拿； 药酒； 腰椎间盘突出症 　　中图分类号 R681.53 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）8-0018-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of traction massage combined with medicinal liquor in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method：60 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were selected as research objects，they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional traction for treatment，the observation group was given traction massage combined with medicinal liquor for treatment.The clinical efficacy and pain score situation of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%，which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），the pain scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment，and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects of traction massage combined with medicinal liquor in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc is significant，can obviously relieve patients’ pain，is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Traction； Manipulation； Medicinal liquor； Protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc 　　First-author’s address：The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Fangchenggang City，Fangchenggan
