This standard is applied to the pre-researching reports of the province-wide high-standard prime cropland construction projects, planning and design, building operations, examination and acceptance, management and maintenance, etc. This standard is proposed and managed by Heilongjiang provincial department of land resources. The drafting of this engineering construction standard is organized by Heilongjiang provincial department of land resources. The participants includes land consolidation and rehabilitation centre of Heilongjiang province, land surveying and planning bureau of Heilongjiang province, and Heilongjiang Huarui land resources surveying and design Co.,Ltd.
