矿井3.3kV磁力启动器系统 摘 要 电力是工矿企业生产的主要能源，矿井供电为保证井下用电设备的正常、安全、稳定运行发挥着重要作用，更为保障产煤效率，提高整体经济性具有重要意义。磁力启动器是矿井供电系统中控制电动机的设备，其性能优劣直接关系着电动机运行的可靠性和安全性。煤矿井下工作环境恶劣、负荷波动大、瓦斯煤尘聚集、空气潮湿、电气设备绝缘强度逐渐降低、供电线路及电气设备经常会出现漏电、短路、缺相和单相接地故障。 本文针对以上矿井供电故障及不正常运行现状，设计了四组合磁力启动器保护设备，从而能够可靠检测矿井供电系统的漏电、短路、断相等故障现象，当电动机及电缆发生漏电、短路和断相等故障时，对磁力启动器进行闭锁，使之不能合闸送电。当运作中的设备或供电设备发生故障，磁力启动器会判断出故障并进行断电处理，从而保证了供电的安全稳定。 关键词：磁力启动器；煤矿供电保护；电气原理；结构设计 3.3kV mine magnetic starter system Abstract Electricity is the main energy in industrial and mining enterprises production, mine power supply plays an important role in ensuring the normal, safe, stable operation of electrical equipment for underground coal production efficiency, more security, has important significance in improving the overall economy. Magnetic starter motor control is the equipment in the mine power supply system, its performance directly affects the reliability and safety of the motor running. Environment of underground coal mine bad, big load fluctuation, the gas and coal dust accumulation, humid air, electrical equipment insulation strength decreases gradually, power lines and electrical equipment often occurs leakage, short circuit, phase and single-phase grounding fault. Based on the above mine power supply fault and abnormal operation status, design four combined magnetic starter protection device, which can equal fault phenomena, short circuit, leakage fault reliable detection of mine power supply system, when the motor and cable leakage, short circuit and open phase fault, to block magnetic starter, which does not switch on power. When a fault occurs in the operation of the equipment or power supply equipment, magnetic starter will judge the fault and power handling, so as to ensure the safe and stable power supply.
