In the network computing environment, enterprises need to solve the complex, dynamic and integrated, object-oriented solutions of knowledge management system. First, this paper analyzed the essence of knowledge and knowledge management, discussed the concept and characteristics of enterprise knowledge portal. On this basis, the article proposed a management object oriented solution of knowledge management system, focusing on the framework of the system, mode of operation and the value of application with a case study. Such a solution can help enterprises to establish open, dynamic and integrated information and knowledge management systems. Key words：Knowledge Management；Knowledge Management System；Enterprise Knowledge Portal，System Framework；Solution 0引言 随着企业信息化进程的不断深入，企业的信息管理正向集成化、网络化和知识化的方向发展。目前，企业已广泛应用的ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）、SCM（Supply Chain Management）、CRM（Customer Relationship Management）、OA（Office Automation）等信息管理系统，提高了企业的管理效率，增强了企业的竞争能力。然而，仅靠单一信息管理系统是远远不够的，各个系统之间还存在着信息孤岛现象。因此，如何基于ERP、SCM、CRM、OA等企业信息化系统构建一个知识管理系统，实现各个系统的集成与整合并通过合适的平台将知识展现给企业员工，使企业知识得到有效的应用与创新已经成为大多数企业亟待解决的问题。 1知识管理、知识管理系统与企业知识门户 1.1 知识管理 知识管理在学术界尚无统一的定义。目前，国内学者们对知识管理的研究可以分为三个学派技术学派、行为学派和综合学派。技术学派认为，知识管理是对信息的管理行为学派认为，知识管理就是对人的管理综合学派则认为，知识管理不但要对信息和人进行管理，还要将信息和
