2017考研英语应用文备考重点专项指导 　　一、小作文类型预测 　　应用文仍然以书信格式备考为主，了解通知的格式即可。书信的首尾段以套句为主，而主体段本质上可以按以下三类进行思路拓展： 　　1、问题解决类（投诉、建议） 　　2、人物信息介绍类（申请、推荐/介绍、咨询/请求人物信息） 　　3、事物信息介绍类（咨询/请求他人提供相关信息或建议、主动向他人介绍相关信息或建议；邀请信、通知、备忘录） 　　二、小作文分类备考重点 　　（一）主体信件 　　1、问题解决 　　该类信件包括投诉信和建议信（如英语一的2007和2009年和英语二的2012年），主要解决的问题通常是产品相关问题（如质量差、价格高等）、服务的质量（如态度差、服务延迟等）、方案的执行问题等。 　　主要的基调就是：sth is not so satisfying.或sth is far from expectation.或sth did not go as expected. 　　【考题示范】 　　Directions: 　　A campaign on saving water and electricity has been launched in your university, but it is not so effective as expected.
