锅炉水位自动调节原理分析【摘要】随着科技的进步,船舶自动控制程度越来越高,锅炉作为船舶的重要设备,在很早之前就实现了自动化。锅炉能够生成大量的蒸汽,炉内压力、温度都会升高,它可以用来加热燃油、主机缸套冷却水等。当外界负荷发生变化时,锅炉能够通过供给合格的蒸汽,适应负荷的需求。然而,锅炉的液位控制系统很复杂,它并不是单一,线性的简单系统,而是多变量的不稳定系统。当汽包压力发生突变或者炉内热负荷增加或骤减时,容易产生“虚假液位”现象。锅炉水位对于锅炉的运行很重要,要确保锅炉水位处于合理位置。如果水位太高,锅炉产生的蒸汽容易带走水分,锅炉水会溢出,存在安全隐患;如果水位太低,锅炉蒸发更为迅速,当炉膛没有水,会有爆炸的危险。【关键词】船用锅炉;汽包水位;原理【Abstract】With the progress of science and technology, automatic control level is higher and higher, the boiler as an important equipment of ship,has achieved automation in long before .The boiler can generate a lot of steamwhich be used to heating fuel ,cylinder liner cooling water and the furnace pressure and temperature will rise.When the boiler is required to producedesirable steam to meet the change of the steam consumption. However, the liquid level control system of boiler is very complex, it is not a single, simple linear system, but the instability of fickle systems.When the steam drum pressure mutations or furnace heat load increase or drop, easy to produce the phenomenon “false level”.The operation of the boiler water level in boiler is very important, we must ensure the boiler water level in a reasonable position.If water level is too high, thesteam which boiler produced is easy to take away water and the boiler water will overflow.It’s a safety hazard.
