我国经济发展与环境污染关系的统计研究 马 * * （吉林大学 环境与资源学院cubic?function [摘要]选取我国1995—2009年相关数据，采用三次函数拟合计量模型，研究我国经济增长与环境污染水平的演替轨迹。结果表明，我国环境库兹涅茨曲线大体呈现“U形+ 倒U 形”特征，即“N 形”，表明我国的综合环境污染水平随经济增长呈现波动变化。工业废水排放量、 工业废气排放量、 工业固体废物产生量等单项指标的环境库兹涅茨曲线形态分别为“U形+倒U形”、“倒U 形”的左侧部分、“U 形”曲线右侧部分，区别于传统意义上的“倒U 形”环境库兹涅茨曲线。进一步分析表明,我国EKC特征与工业结构变化、环境保护投资等有显著相关性。 [关键字]环境库兹涅茨曲线；经济增长；环境污染；三次函数拟合计量模型 A statistical research on the relationship of economic growth and pollution in china Xiujun Ma （Environmental science professional college of resources and environment Jilin University Changchun） Abstract: In order to study the succession trajectory of Chinas economic growth and environmental pollution levels, this paper selects its 1995-2009 relevant data and uses the cubic function fitting of measurement model. The results show that Chinas environmental Kuznets curve generally presents the characteristics of the U-shaped + inverted U-shaped, namely N-shaped, indicating that the level of environmental pollution in China fluctuated change with economic growth. Furthermore, the environmental Kuznets curve shapes of single indicators such as industrial waste water discharge, industrial waste gas discharge and industrial solid waste generation and so on were U-shaped + inverted U-shaped, the left side of the inverted U-shaped, the right side of the U-shaped”, different from the traditional sense of the inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curve. And further analysis indicates that Chinas EKC characteristics have a significant correlation with the change of industrial structure and the investment in environmental protection.
