This paper first analyzes the current situation of information management of domestic research and development of construction enterprises, the characteristics and architecture framework and characteristics analysis of building enterprise information management system, and with information as the core of the organization mode of enterprise management is the focus of information environment construction enterprise management mode reform, the information as the focus of the development strategy of the enterpriseKeywords: Construction Enterprise； Information Management；management system:我国建筑企业信息化现状随着建筑企业经营范围的扩大以及企业集团化的不断发展,传统的经验和管理方法已经越来越不适应现代化建筑企业的基本要求,因此从20世纪80年代开始,信息技术在建筑企业中的应用不断发展。从计算机的应用,到单个行业软件的应用,再到企业资源计划管理(ERP)的普及等,这个过程反映了我国建筑企业信息化整体水平在不断提高[1]。而信息化水平的提高,使企业的综合管理能力不断加强。近几年来,集成性的行业系统软件在建筑企业中得到了广泛的应用，我国建筑业信息化的内容[2]:(l)建筑业信息化基础建设(包括信息化标准规范体系与编码体系的制定、信息技术应用与信息安全的管理制度的制定、各类信息资源数据库的建立);(2)电子政务建设(包括政府机关内部办公业务网、办公业务资源网、以互联网为依托的公众信息服务网、建筑业的电子信息资源库的建立);(3)建筑企业信息化建设(建筑
