试论厦门港港口物流发展策略 [摘要] 在现代物流飞速发展的今天，对港口这个运输网络枢纽的要求越来越高，传统的中转功能已经满足不了现代物流发展的要求了，这要求港口充分发挥自身的枢纽作用，大力发展港口物流，由中转站的角色变换为能够促进对外贸易发展的国际航运枢纽。而这也正是厦门港的发展目标。但是，厦门港的港口物流的发展一直不尽如人意，这对厦门港实现其发展目标是一个极大的阻力。本文将基于厦门港港口物流发展现状，先对影响港口物流发展的因素，港口物流的功能和作用进行分析，再运用SWOT分析法对厦门港发展港口物流所具有的优势、劣势，机遇和挑战进行分析。最终在此基础上借鉴国内外发达港口的发展经验，从中得到能够促进厦门港港口物流发展的启示，并得出能够加快厦门港港口物流发展脚步的策略：加强基础设施的建设，提高信息化水平，搞好“区港联动”等。 [关键词] 厦门港 港口物流 现代物流 SWOT分析法 Discussion on the strategy of Xiamen port logistics development [Abstract] In the rapid development of modern logistics today, the requirement for the function of the hub of the transportation network is getting higher and higher.The traditional transfer function can not meet the requirements of the development of modern logistics, this requires the port needs to develop the port logistics, give full play to the role of its hub, the role of transformation by the transfer station to be able to promote the development of foreign trade in international shipping hub.And this is precisely the development goals of Xiamen port.However, the port of Xiamen port logistics development has been unsatisfactory; the implementation of the Xiamen port development goals is a great resistance.
