中美纺织品贸易摩擦分析 摘 要 一直以来，纺织品产业的发展是我国经济发展中不可或缺的一部分，同时，它也是我国传统手工制品典型代表。我国早在原始时期就开始发展手工纺织，但我国纺织产业发展状况一直都不良好。自1990起，中国纺织业才开始进入一个成长时期，配额制度的取消和TPP的进一步发展使得我国的纺织产业快速地从成长期过渡到了成熟期，推动了我国纺织品大量地流动于美国市场。然而美国特保条例的提出及之后的蓝色贸易壁垒、绿色贸易壁垒的提出，使我国的纺织品产业遭受严重打击。加之，美国这一举动，其他国也对我国纺织品实行更高要求检测标准和认证体系，目的就是禁止我国纺织品大量流入美国市场。因此，中美纺织品贸易摩擦不断地升温，中国的纺织品贸易也将面临着巨大的挑战。分析中美两国贸易摩擦原因，提出合理的解决对策，减少中美之间的贸易摩擦，使中国的纺织品更好地发展走向全球。 关键词：纺织品; 贸易摩擦; 对策; 挑战 China and the United States textile trade friction is analyzed ABSTRACT For a long time,the development of textile industry is an integral part of the economic development of our country,at the same time,it is also a typical representative of Chinese traditional handiwork.In primitive times,our country began to develop the manual textile but our country’s textile industry development condition has been not good.Since 1990,China’s textile industry began to enter a growth period,the cancellation of the quota system and the further development of TPP makes rapid transition form growth stage of the textile industry in China,promoted our country textile mass flow in the American market.After the United States,however,the rules of the safeguard is put forward and blue barriers and green barriers put forward that China’s textile industry suffered a serious blow. In addition,the move in the United States,other countries implements higher requirements for China’s textile testing standards and certification system,its purpose is to prohibit our country textile large inflows domestic market.Therefore China and the United States textile trade friction constantly,China textile trade will be face with enormous challenges.Analysis of Chinese and American trade friction causes,and propose reasonable countermeasures,reduce the trade friction between China and the United States,China’s textile development better,to go to the global.
