摘要 随着微电子技术的应用，现代工业生产中机器生产供料基本由微电脑智能控制，在本设计中将智能化、自动化、人性化用在了自动供料的控制系统中。本系统主要由单片机来控制，测量物体重量部分由称重传感器及A/D转换器组成，加上显示单元，此外流水线部分由电机控制履带，具备了功耗低、系统设计简单、自动化程度高等特点。 本题目要求设计基于单片机控制的送料机自动控制供料系统的结构组成。主要设计以STC89C52实现生产过程控制的硬件与软件的设计。以STC89C52为控制核心的控制系统，设计过程中主要包含输入信号使用光电传感器采信号，对采集来的信号进行适当放大后对信号进行处理的模块，单片机信号处理模块有A/D信号转换后送入单片机STC89C52进行控制，信号输出模块有用D/A转换出电压来控制电机的转速，并用单片机控制LCD显示单片机输入和输出信息的显示模块，另外显示模块还具有日历和时钟实时显示功能。 关键词： STC89C52，光电传感器，A/D转换器，LCD显示器 ABSTRACT With the application of micro electronics technology,the feeding machine?in modern industry?production?mostly controlled by the?intelligent microcomputer,in this design,we will use intelligence,automation?and humanization in the control system?of?automatic?feeding.This system is mainly?controlled by?MCU,the measurement weight?part is composed of a?weighing sensor and A/D converter component,plus?the display unit,in addition,the line part is composed of a?motor.This system has?characteristics of higher?track,low power consumption,simple design and so on. This topic request design structure of feeding machine automatic control for the feeding system based on single-chip microcomputer control. Design of the main design and implementation of a STC89C52 based hardware and software production process control. Control system using STC89C52 as control core, the design process mainly includes input signal using photoelectric sensor acquisition signal after amplification, appropriate for signal processing module of signal acquisition, signal processing module, a A/D signal after conversion into the SCM STC89C52 control, signal output module useful D/A conversion voltage to control motor speed, and with the MCU control LCD display module micro controller input and output information, in addition to the display module also has display function about a calendar and clock real time.
