摘 要随着大型填海工程和大型露天矿的开采及矿山高产高效面的增多，作为物料运输设备的带式输送机主要向长距离、大运量的方向发展，因此开发大功率强力带式输送机是时代发展的要求，具有深远的意义。本次毕业设计是关于煤矿大功率强力带式输送机的选型设计。本文在动态分析的基础上对大功率强力带式输送机进行了设计选型。在参考常规的上运式固定带式输送机设计方法的基础上，从煤矿带式输送机技术现状分析和带式输送机的动态力学分析出发，充分利用国内外先进的技术和经验，对大型强力带式输送机关键部件的进行设计选型。首先对带式输送机作了简单的概述；然后根据设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行总体方案选型设计及数据计算；接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。目前，带式输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫式胶带输送机就是其中的一个。在带式输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。关键词：大功率强力带式输送机；技术现状分析；选型设计；主要部件AbstractWith the increasing of huge filling sea engineering and opening air mine as well as highproductive and efficient mine. In reference to the conventional shipped type on fixed a belt conveyor design method, and on the basis of from coal mine belt conveyor technology situation analysis and belt conveyor analysis of the dynamic mechanics, make full use of the domestic and international advanced technology and experience, for large powerful belt conveyor design selection of key parts.
