The sustainable development is a recent development view which at the end of 1980s proposed. Its statement is the seasonable generation of vicissitude, the social economy need to develop produces. In the highway construction, should utilize the sustainable development the strategic vision, completes the current highway construction, then to expands the production, promotes economic prosperity, carries on the international contact, facilitates the lives of the people and so on to have and the vital role
