摘 要 DLP rear projection big-screen system design and application ABSTRACT With the advent of the information age,all kinds of domestic emergency command center, large screen urban transport ,traffic scheduling center display system basically uses a DLP rear projection display large screen display system.The large screen projection system,which adopts DLP technology and mainly consists of large screen projection unit and image combination control system.Digital Light Processing（DLP）is a new way to project and display information,it breaks the limitation of conventional analog display and enhances the potential capability of digital video.The all-digital nature of DLP can create high brightness,high contrast and high resolution images.So,more and more application is based on DLP technology. The main contents and results of this study include: (1)Through the analysis of existing large screen structure,the design of an open box structure , breaking the original box independent unit structure , making the box that the weight , cost , transportation have been very big improvement. (2)By analysis of existing screen resin , the resin of the screen will change with change in temperature , thermal expansion and contraction ,so that the screen generating internal tension causes to tear , crushed , shedding phenomena . Thereby the mechanical design of a structure , the use of the central section of the sheet structure is bent around a plane normal to the direction of rotation of the plane of the plane segment features , and both ends of the central section along a plane parallel to the plane of the relative displacement direction , hence the plane connecting the two ends of two different materials , allowing the different materials can produce a certain displacement , thereby releasing the stress generated by the deformation accepted .
