补充2.5的标准差 18(4) 930元 食品和公共场所从业人员 接种不同剂量国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗效果分析 王国营 （61195部队卫生防疫队，北京 100091） 摘 要：[目的] 评价饮食和公共场所从业人员接种两种不同剂量重组酵母乙肝疫苗的免疫效果。[方法] 2004～2010年，应用2 种国产重组乙肝疫苗对某部常规体检的饮食和公共场所从业人员（Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组）按照0、1、6 的免疫程序进行接种, 全程接种后1 个月、1年检测血清抗HBs。[结果] 合计调查5886人，全程接种重组（酵母）乙肝疫苗1月后抗-HBs阳转率，Ⅰ组为86.07%、Ⅱ组为95.28%（p0.01）；全程接种重组（酵母）乙肝疫苗1年后，抗-HBs阳转率Ⅰ组为78.90%、Ⅱ组为89.67%（p0.01）。接种1个月后，抗体滴度Ⅰ组为225±1.25mIU/ml、Ⅱ组为390±1.37mIU/ml（p0.01）;接种1年后，抗体滴度Ⅰ组为126±1.18mIU/ml、Ⅱ组为224±1.08mIU/ml（p0.01）。[结论]对饮食和公共场所从业人员按0、1、6个月接种程序，每次分别接种20μg重组酵母乙肝疫苗可以取得较好的效果。 [关键词] 国产重组酵母乙肝疫苗；免疫效果 diffirent doses of china produced hepatitis B vaccine made by reccombinant DNA technique yeast serology survey on food and public place employees who have had an inoculation/WANG GUO YING(the sanitation and antiepidemic team of army unit 61195，Beijing 100091 China ) summary:[aim] to evaluate the immune effects on the food and public place employees who have had two diffirent doses of hepatitis B vaccine made by reccombinant DNA technique yeast。 [method] During 2004-2010,we,in accordance with the immune procedure 0、1、6，using two diffirent doses of china produced hepatitis B vaccine made by reccombinant DNA technique yeast,have inoculated food and public place employees from certain units(group one and group two) who had routinely took physical examination.we tested the serum anti-HBS on the basis after one month and one year of the inoculation.
