毕业设计（论文） 题目： 某小学教学楼 结构和施工组织设计（一） 结构设计 学 院 土木建筑工程学院 专 业 土木工程（建筑工程方向） 班 级 建工111 学 号 1103110100 姓 名 叫学长 指导教师 某某某 日 期 2015.05.30  某小学教学楼结构和施工组织设计(一) 摘 要 本毕业设计是一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构的小学教学楼，结构标高18.0m，建筑防火等级为一级，建筑使用年限为50年，主体部分为五层框架结构。地震设计烈度为6度，场地类别为Ⅱ类。遵循在原有的建筑图纸上先结构后施工再基础的设计过程，根据任务书和指导书的要求完成的结构、施工设计。 已有的图纸包括总首层、标准层和屋顶平面图，正立面、侧立面和背立面图，楼梯和主体的剖面图，以及若干详图。结构设计时紧密结合建筑设计，力求经济合理，造型美观。结构分析的重点在于框架内力及构件承载力满足要求。考虑毕业设计的特殊要求，以手算为主、电算为辅。 结构设计大体可以分为四个阶段： 1结构方案确定阶段：根据建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度，建筑场地类别和设计说明书等确定建筑的高度、布置、选型和建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构。 2结构计算阶段：主要有荷载计算、计算和基础计算。 3施工图设计阶段：根据上述计算结果和规范的相关要求，最终确定。 4PKPM电算阶段：进行电子计算，与手算结果进行比较。 设计大体可以分为四个阶段： A Primary School Teaching Building Structure and Construction Organization Design (Ⅰ) ABSTRACT This graduation design is a house of reinforced concrete frame structure of primary school teaching building, structural elevation 18.0m, building fire rating for a level, the useful life of 50 years of construction, the main part is a five story frame structure.
