本 科 毕 业 设 计（论文） 题 目：配电网分段开关和联络线的协调优化配置 学生姓名：刘力宁 学 号专业班级：电气工程及其自动化12-6班 指导教师：王艳松 2016年 6月20日 配电网分段开关和联络线的协调优化配置 摘 要 分段开关和联络线的优化配置可以缩小配电网故障时的停电范围，实现非故障区域负荷的转供，减小停电损失，提高供电可靠性。以配电网的停电损失、开关设备等值年投资、维护费用之和为目标函数，采用遗传算法对分段开关进行优化配置，得到分段开关优化方案。在此基础上，以配电网减少的停电损失为目标函数，采用遗传算法对联络线架设位置进行优化规划，得到几种候选联络线优化规划方案，结合工程实际情况，选择最终联络线优化配置方案。本文以工程实际配电网为算例，给出了不同故障率下的分段开关和联络线优化配置结果，比较了遗传算法中参数取值对结果的影响，并对其做了详细分析。 关键词：配电网规划；分段开关；联络线；遗传算法  Optimal allocation of sectionalizing switches and tie lines in distribution networks Abstract The optimal allocation of the sectional switches and tie lines can reduce the outage cost of distribution network fault, realize the non fault area load transfer, reduce the outage cost,and improve the reliability of power supply. Taking the outage loss of distribution network, the equivalents annual investment and maintenance costs of switching equipments as objective function, using genetic algorithm to optimize the configuration of the sectional switches, and can get the optimization scheme of sectional switches. Based on, reducing the distribution network power loss as the objective function by genetic algorithm on tie lines to set up location optimization planning, several candidate optimizations of the tie lines planning, combined with the actual situation of the project and eventually tie lines configuration optimization scheme selection. This paper according to the engineering practice of distribution network as an illustration, gives the results under different fault rate, comparing the effect of the parameters of the genetic algorithm, and makes a detailed analysis.
