毕业设计 微小企业人力资源管理系统 ——人事档案子系统 摘 要 21世纪是信息产业的时代，计算机被广泛的应用使我们的经济和社会生活发生了深刻的变革。与此同时，我国的微小企业蓬勃发展，各类企业规模不断扩大，对于员工管理工作的高效性和规范性提出了更高的要求。 本设计采用JSP脚本开发环境结合SQL Server数据库，参考了国内微小企业的人力资源管理系统，并联系微小企业人力资源的实际情况，依据现代化企业的发展为微小企业而设计的基于SSH架构的人力资源管理软件。 本系统主要是对微小企业的人力资源的人事档案进行管理，是针对员工管理的一个WEB管理平台、系统主要包括用户管理，招聘管理，调职管理，离职管理，考勤管理，奖惩管理，考核管理，休假管理，培训管理，合同管理十大功能模块，整体上实现了微小企业人力资源信息的网络化管理。? 关键词 ：人力资源管理系统；JSP；SSH架构 Abstract In the 21st century is the era of information industry, computer is widely used to make our economy and profound changes have taken place in social life. At the same time, Chinas small enterprises to flourish, all kinds of enterprise scale expands unceasingly, the staff efficiency and fairness of the management work put forward higher request. This design adopts the JSP scripts development environment based on SQL Server database, refer to the domestic small enterprise human resources management system, and small enterprise human resources actual situation, on the basis of the development of the modern enterprise designed for small enterprise human resources management software based on SSH framework. This system is mainly to small enterprises manage the personnel files of human resources, is a WEB management platform for staff management, system mainly include user management, recruitment management, transfer management, leave management, attendance management, rewards and punishment management, examination management, leave management, training management, contract management ten big function module, on the whole, the small enterprise network management of human resources information.
